Faye Nance McNutt, 97, of Paducah, died at 12:14 p.m. Sunday, May 18, 2025, at Baptist Health Lexington.
She retired from the Paducah City School System as a physical education teacher and coach for 27 years at Brazelton Junior High School. She was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Snyder of Nicholasville, and two granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tellus "Buck" McNutt. Her parents were Jewell Nance and Ruth LeDuke Nance.
Services will be held at noon Saturday, May 24, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Gary Rudemiller officiating.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday, May 23, at the funeral home.

Faye was one of the kindest and most compassionate teachers at Brazelton Junior High. She loved working with the kids at that age, and she also was a dear friend to all her teaching buddies. WE were all one big family in those days, thanks to big hearts like Faye. We will miss you dearly!!
