Victor Alamillo Obituary
Victor Alamillo, born and raised in Watsonville, was a beacon of light in the lives of his family and friends. His devotion to his roles as a father, son, brother, and friend was evident in the countless lives he touched. He was a man of unwavering integrity, always lending a helping hand to anyone in need and he instilled in his loved ones the value of compassion, respect, and empathy.
A dedicated family man, Victor found his greatest joy spending time with his children. He was a pillar of strength and a constant source of encouragement. Throughout his life he overcame many medical challenges. At the early age of 7 he suffered a traumatic brain injury and throughout his entire life he struggled with seizures. Regardless of the obstacles he faced he was always there to provide guidance, support, and a listening ear. His laughter and sense of humor could light up a room and his stories and life lessons will continue to inspire generations to come.
Victor is survived by his beloved daughters Leticia, Izabella, and Sophia Alamillo, his mother Maria de Jesus Ruiz, and his 4 sisters. He also leaves behind a large extended family. He was preceded in death by his father, John R. Alamillo. As we bid farewell to a remarkable man, let us remember the love he showered upon us, the lessons he imparted and the countless memories that will forever live on in our hearts.
A Celebration of Victor's Life will be held on Wednesday, August 30th at Casa del Alfarero church in Watsonville, and will start promptly at 6pm. Burial will be held on Thursday, August 31st at Pioneer Cemetery at 11am. We invite all those whose lives were touched by his presence to join us in commemorating the life of a truly exceptional father, friend, and human being.
Mehl's Colonial Chapel was entrusted with the funeral arrangements.

Victor may you rest in peace always you were good friend and you were good friend of our family friend and thank you for being a good friend to me and my mother and my brothers and sisters and thank you so much for everything I always will remember that you did beautiful barbecues in one day that you went to my mother's house when she was really really sick and you brought her homemade food and I will never forget that my mother made homemade Mexican food for you a year ago on your birthday and I gave you a Raider jacket a year ago and I hope one of your daughters gets it to keep it
