Brad Sharits Obituary

Brad Sharits

Apache Junction, AZ - Brad Sharits, 63, of Apache Junction, Arizona passed away on May 1, 2021. Brad was born on October 21, 1957 to Bill and Mae (Lawson) Sharits. He was a former resident of Richmond, Indiana and a graduate of Centerville High School.

Brad worked, lived, and played in Arizona for many years. Twenty six of those years were spent working for Boeing in Mesa, Arizona. Brad's stories were sometimes as big as the fish he caught, he was stubborn as a mule, he had a great laugh, he had hair that would make a bald man jealous, he was a collector, and liked spending time at his private getaway in Show Low, Arizona.

Brad leaves loved ones with words that needed to be said and a wish for more time together. In the end, he made sure there were many memories and that his family was taken care of. Brad will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

In addition to his greatest accomplishment, his son Corey (Laura) Sharits, Brad is survived by grandchildren Taylor, DJ, Lexi, & Jaxon, brother Mark (Belinda) Sharits, stepsister Tonya Gapen, stepbrothers Bobby, Tom, and Tim Howard, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Brad is preceded in death by his parents, brother Mike Sharits, and sister Kathy Newton.

No public services will be held. Brad's family will spread his ashes at a later date. In lieu of flowers or donations, hug a loved one, say a prayer, and keep Corey and his family in your thoughts.
