Richmond - Mr. Walter Leroy Campbell, 91, of Richmond, passed away Sat. Apr. 21, 2018. Funeral Service will be held Thurs. May 3, 2018 12:00 p.m. at Bethel AME Church 200 S. 6th St. with calling from 10:00 a.m. to service time Burial in Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton, Ohio.
He leaves to cherish his memory, sister, Juanita Lynch; grandsons, Phillip Byrd and Arthur White; all of Richmond, IN a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Arrangements entrusted to Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Indianapolis, IN.

I was sad to read where Walter had passed. His Grandson and my Daughter went to school together and Walter and I shared many conversations when we took them to school and when we picked them up at school. He was a very pleasant man to talk to and he always had a smile on his face. Rest in Heaven now, it was a pleasure to know you.
