Billy Roscoe Hall

Billy Roscoe Hall, 94 of East Palatka FL, went to be with the lord on November 28, 2025, at his home in East Palatka FL., with family by his side.
Billy is survived by his daughter, Brenda Collins; grandchildren Lacey Grueter, Christa Collins, Justin Collins, Ashley Kelley, and Dustin Hall; great grandchildren Layla Taylor, Asher Anderson, Chloe Collins, Kief Collins, Makenzie Kelley, Makenna Kelley, Skylar Hall, Starla Hall, and Seth Hall; brother Robert Hall; as well as nieces and nephews.
Billy lived a life of strong work ethic, exhibiting the epitome of "Jack of all trades." He retired from the U.S. Air Force after serving 20 years and proceeded in life as an entrepreneur. He thrived on buying, selling, and trading anything he could get his hands on, as well as owning his own shop, A1 Singer, for an extended period of time, in down town Palatka, where he would sell wigs in the front, pierce ears, sell vacuum and sewing machine parts in the middle, and repair vacuums and sewing machines in the back. He also had his own trucking business, A1 Trucking. Billy was an avid member of the Palatka Moose Lodge where he took part of a biker group called, Moose on Bikes, (MOB).
The world lost a really great man but heaven gained an amazing one. All are welcome to attend. Visitation from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Johnson-Overturf Chapel, Palatka followed by Billy's Celebration Of Life beginning at 2:00 pm.
