Connie Lowe Streight

Connie Lowe Streight, 65, of Bardin passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at her home.
Connie (known as "Crazy Connie" by her friends and family) was born in Miami and had lived in Bardin 50 years coming from Miami. She was in the first graduating class of the new Palatka High School.
She had worked as a waitress and her first waitressing job was at King's Coffee Shop in downtown Palatka. She then worked 25 years at Walt's Barbeque prior to their closing, followed by Golden Corral and later, Bardin Grocery. She was a member of the Elk's Club in Palatka and was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed dancing, football, racing, collecting rocks, hanging out with friends, spending time with family, and especially loved children.
She would never miss a birthday and singing Happy Birthday to her friends and family over the telephone.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Barbara Moore; her first husband, Tillman Lowe; and a great-grandson, Dalton Lowe.
Surviving are her husband, Clyde Streight of Bardin; two sons, Robert Lowe (Sarah) of Hawthorne and Daniel "Danny" Lowe (Christy) of Francis; a step-son, Clyde "Joey" Streight Jr. (Jody) of McMechen, West Virginia; three sisters, Linda Mushinski (Stan) of Bardin, Barbara Schwichenberg (Harold) of Old Town, and Delores Albert (Jeff) of New Smyrna; 15 grandchildren, Hayden Shiver, Jordon Lowe, Harley Lowe, Kiya Lowe, Cody May, Austin May, Macey May, Tyson Baggett, McKenzie Lowe, Kendall Lowe, Keevea Lowe, Michael May, Jackson Lowe, Archie Lowe, and Jaydalyn Waters; and two great-grandchildren, Cason Baggett and Rylan Baggett.
Memorial services will be 7 p.m. Friday, October 24, 2025, at Masters Funeral Home in Palatka with Pastor Glenn Martin officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home at 6 p.m. - an hour prior to the start of the service.
