Joseph W. "Joe" Carroll

Joseph W. (Joe) Carroll, 90, of Fruitland, Florida, went home to be with his Lord on Monday, December 1, 2025.
Joe was born in Wacissa, Florida. Joe was a member of Beulah Baptist Church, where he served for many years as a deacon and Sunday School Teacher. He loved to fish and cook.
He was a Master Electrician. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy having served in Vietnam.
He was preceded in  death by parents, Walter V. and Eunice Carroll; brother, Ephraim Carroll; daughter, Katherine Rene Carroll; and sister, Mary K.Webb-Medley.   
He is survived by his wife, Mary E. Carroll of 41 years of Fruitland, Fl.; brother, Cecil Carroll; son, Tracy (Wayne) Carroll and wife, Judy, of Houston, Tx.; daughter, Linda Marie Craig and husband, Bobby, of Gulfport, Fl.; stepson, Clay Rigdon and wife, Debbi, of Jacksonville, Fl.; step daughter, Linda Gay Coffelt and husband, Danny, of Nocatee, Fl.; grandchildren, Sabrina Kalinski, Joseph Carroll, Christina Jernigan, Aly Harper, Rexee Gaugh; and five great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Joe's life will be celebrated on Monday, December 8, 2025, 11 a.m. at Beulah Baptist Church in Fruitland with Pastor Roger Phillips officiating. Interment will be at Jacksonville Memory Gardens, 2 p.m. in Orange Park Fl., with military honors.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made to Beulah Baptist Church in honor of Joe.
Watts Funeral Home and Cremation Center is entrusted to the arrangements.
