Brenda Lloyd Obituary
On Friday, April 3, 2020, Brenda Meyers Lloyd, age 73, of Tequesta, Florida was called home by the Lord.
Brenda was a Florida and Palm Beach County native, born on December 18, 1946, in West Palm Beach, Florida. Brenda was the daughter of the late Richard and Jane Meyers of Juno Beach, Florida.
Brenda was married to the late David G. Lloyd of Jupiter, Florida, for 20 years, until he passed in 1986. Together they had two sons, Jonathan and Robert Lloyd and a daughter, Janie Tessitore.
Brenda graduated from Riviera Beach High School in 1964. Brenda was a homemaker until the time of her husband's passing and then worked as an Accountant until retirement. Brenda remarkably survived a severe childhood illness by a miracle from God which made her ever so grateful for her beautiful life and was a testament to her personal strength. Each time she passed by the Jupiter Lighthouse beacon, she remarked how lucky she was to live in "paradise" and always called herself a lucky girl. Brenda loved art and enjoyed putting onto canvas the beautiful images she saw in her life. Brenda truly loved life and always had a welcoming smile and greeting for all. Her positive attitude, love and kindness for her friends and family will be painfully missed.
Brenda is survived by her three children, Jonathan, Robert and Janie, and her siblings, brother Richard P. Meyers and wife Jackie Jarrell Meyers and sister Elaine Meyers Minor and husband Lloyd Minor, as well as her seven grandchildren, three nieces and one nephew. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later time to be determined.

My heart is broken as I learn of my dear friends passing. Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of your dear mom. We were very good long time friends and I will always cherish our many good times together and forever cherish our many memories.
