I just learned of Ceaser's passing, it just struck my heart. I've known Ceaser for over 25 years, the kindest man I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I'm saddened for the family, I pray he's at peace,, he died doing what he loved! I remember when he went to Alaska salmon fishing, sending back pics he was thrilled like a child. The world lost a kind man that would feed his neighborhood with his catches & cook them. Rest in peace Ceaser my friend
