To my one and only first Best Friend! Your spirit is still with me and will be forever Just like all the people who know you. All my prayers go out to Wendy, Case and Stone. Chase and Stone even as a 6th Grader your dad was cool and very caring towards others. I wish I could play just one more game of 1 on 1 nerf basketball with him and maybe even win once! My young life is filled with great memories of his beautiful parents, Bob and Terry, and his adorable sister Gretchen. and who could forget Ms. Priddle! My love to you all! I am uncontrollably and selfishly saddened by the loss of my childhood best friend but I found a picture that makes me smile. Chris always smiled!

My deepest condolences to Chris' entire family. My great memories of Chris aka "Chicken" were as his high school baseball coach. He was not only a superb athlete, but a very cerebral one. He was always thinking of ways to do things better. Chris had a wonderful sense of humor. I had not seen him in many years, but I am sure he had a profound affect on all he came in contact with. He will be missed by many.

Deepest condolences to Wendy, Chase, Stone and family. This is incredibly sad news. Chris was a great friend in high school and beyond. He was a rare breed - a great athlete who was also the smartest person in the room. And just an incredibly decent guy. I will never forget the hours of Wiffle ball and Earl Weaver baseball.

Unbelievably sad news about my buddy, Chris. He was a fellow classmate in high school and college, a roommate, teammate, mentor, and most importantly, a great friend. If I got to spend time with Chris, it meant I was going to have fun. Kris and I know the wonderful memories of Chris will eventually outweigh the grief and sorrow we feel right now. Dear Merrill Family - sending deepest condolences to you and heartfelt appreciation for having Chris as an IRS colleague. I met Chris in Dallas 11 years ago, and we've been coast-to-coast work buddies since. Always there to listen, always there to lend a hand, always there to provide a solution - that was Chris. I hope that you'll find some solace over the coming days not only in your memories, but also knowing how much value he was to our organization - not only for what he did, but also, more importantly, for who he was. He will be sorely missed, but fondly remembered.
