Family-Placed Obituary
CLYDE LITTON, M.D., D.D.S. Clyde Litton, M.D., D.D.S., 88, of Washington, D.C. and Palm Beach, FL, died Monday, January 26, 2009 at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Palm Beach, FL after a brief illness. He obtained a dental and medical degree at the University of New York. Dr. Litton was the premiere Plastic Surgeon in Washington, DC for many years and was a renowned world-wide lecturer in his field. Clyde was known as a true lover of life, interesting people, gourmet food, jazz music, tennis and international travel. He was a lover of mankind who displayed a joie de vivre spirit. Lifetime member of the AMA, International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, Chaine des Rotisseurs and numerous others. Survivors include his daughters, Peggy Ann Litton of MD, Patricia Bagan of Wellington, FL and his son, Thomas Litton of West Palm Beach, FL. Family and friends are invited to join in a celebration of his life which will be held in Washington, DC at a later date. We express our deepest condolences. He was a great man, wonderful plastic surgeon, and was always surrounded by exquisite decor of ancient east asian design. And his lovely dog was unique, just like him. Much love to his family.
