My prayers are with the family. May you find strength through Christ during this time to keep on keeping on. Just call on the name of "JESUS" for comfort. May God bless not only the family but the community as well for Mr. Bythwood nurtured many in his lifetime. He will surely be missed!

Be Still
Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.
Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.
If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

The only thing I can remember about Mr. Bythwood was over twenty-five years ago. I was in a workshop I think it was called the West Area for a job in the PBC school system. Mr. Bythwood stood out in my mind so clearly he kept stressing education how we need it to keep up in society. I can still see his face and hear his voice. His message always stayed with me. Although I long moved away from the area every time I pass by the West Area I think of Mr. Bythwood. Encouraged by his gentle push for excellence I did get my college degree and is very happy with my life. To his family I am sorry for your loss. He was a great man and I am sure he will be missed. I will keep you in my prayers.
