Jerry, I’m thinking of you on the anniversary of your passing. Every day, Donna talks to you and to her Mom, and you remain a source of inspiration and support to her. She was lucky to have you as a Dad and I know you felt fortunate to have her as a daughter. Your family misses you very much and I think of you often with great fondness and respect.

Jerry, you are missed and remembered every day. Just last night, Donna and I were watching the Academy Awards and she said you and her mom would know all the old movie actors we were wondering about. This is one of the thousands of ways that your memory lives on. You would be so proud of your children and grandchildren as they embody the best of you.
With love and respect, Laura

I remember Gerald fondly. A larger than life family man with a huge heart. I appreciated how he, Elaine and Grandma Ida welcomed me into the family. The laughter, the stories, and again, the laughter and the joy. I have carried the family in my heart throughout these years. Donna enriched my life when she introduced me to her family.

Dad, I don't have to conjure up your memory since you live with and within me every single day. I wake up and kiss the picture of you&Mom embracing when you were dancing at Valencia Shores. You guys are radiant and definitely look like Couple #1. Everyday I tell you that we're carrying on your legacy and doing our best to make naches happen. I have to admit that sometimes I have to force myself to do your reassuring chuckle of a laugh since I often feel like crying because I am overcome. I never stop missing you&Mom. It doesn't get any easier, but I try to keep looking forward as you would tell me to. I love you and miss you with all my Scooby heart & soul. xxxxxx xxxxxx
Always,
Donna

Jerry was one of the most gracious and kind individuals that Ive ever known. He had a keen and curious mind and would ask Donna and me to look up in the computer (Google on our phones) a fact that he wanted to learn or remember. We both really loved old movies and we enjoyed researching an actor or film that we wanted to re-live in our minds.
Jerry loved good food and could evoke pleasant memories of earlier times while sharing a favorite meal. I really enjoyed listening to him and Donna telling stories about their family and growing up in New York.
To know the quality of the person that Jerry was, you can see it in his family. Smart, strong, great sense of humor, generous and kind, these qualities continue to live on through them, and remains his lasting legacy.
Jerry, you are deeply loved and greatly missed by your family and friends. It was my honor to have known you.

Our dad and Pa Jerry as he was lovingly known by our children was one of a kind! He was a big man in size but his heart was even larger! We remember his gentle way and peaceful spirit. His legacy lives on all of us and we always endeavor to make him proud. Missing him and our dear mom everyday. Love you dad and mom. ❤❤❤

Jerry was a true gentleman in every sense of the word. He was always gracious and kindly welcomed me into his home. We shared our love of old movies, and his knowledge of films and actors was encyclopedic. Most of all, Jerry loved his family deeply, and was exceptionally proud of them.
Jerry is greatly missed, but his spirit, strength, and wisdom will live on through his beloved family. Thank you, Jerry, for your warm friendship.
With love, Laura

My Dad was a lion among men. A Leo, 6'2", size 14 shoe. He was the epitome of tall, dark and handsome. Dad was smart, strong, kind, gentle, generous and loving. He was understated, humble and not a big talker, but said what was important. Dad was an incredibly wonderful husband, father and grandfather who gave everything possible to his family. I am honored to have given him my love, dedication and devotion in good and in not-so-good times. My greatest honor was when he called me "a chip off the old block" and his best daughter. I miss you terribly and the pain of your loss is unbearable, Dad.

My deepest condolences to the family. There are no words that will ease the sorrow of losing someone so beloved. May reflecting on all the good times you've shared together help ease the pain you now feel. Please know that God cares for you and He will give you the strength that you need to endure this difficult time. (1 Peter 5:6,7)

Gerry was a good soul and a mensch. Donna was an angel on earth to care for Gerry in the ways she did in his final years. May his memory be for a blessing.
