Dear Patrick & family,
I was very sorry to learn of your Dad's passing. My sincere condolences on your loss. As a child, I remember seeing your Dad as a kind of magician - with his black bag of things and his caring way, that always made you feel better. Now I remember your Dad with lasting gratitude for the wonderful care he gave my Mom, Dad, brothers & sisters for so many years in Bergenfield - always treating them with a magical combination of professionalism, kindness & respect that is rare for Doctors today. Thank you, Dr. Meehan.
Sincerely,
Judy Heck

We were fortunate to have him as our family doctor in the 50's and 60's in Bergenfield, NJ. He delivered 6 of my mother's children in Holy Name Hospital. I especially remember him coming to our home when I was about 9 and had an acute case of pleurosy. He gave me a shot and a short time later, I could breathe without pain. I will never forget what he meant to our family. May God reward him for his many kindnesses.
