JOHN PENROD John Penrod, 49, of Lantana, FL, passed away on December 4, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer. Survived by his wife, Stella; daughter, Katrina; son, Bryan; mother, Donna; six siblings; and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father, Arden. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Services will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2011, at 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Del Lago Funeral Home, 131 S. Lakeside Dr,. Thank you God for your gift of John as my brother.His laughter and smile will always be contagious .Thank you Lord for letting us all be with him as you lead John from here to heaven. Most of all , thank you God for allowing me to witness him accepting you . Now I rejoice in truth of heaven with my little brother. Even though I cry for him here , I look forward to being with him with you forever.I love you John.

To Stella, Katrina, Bryan. We all feel and share the pain and sorrow of you're loss. I remember John as a lovable man, dedicated to his family,craft ,his hobies, sharing time with his family and all he cherished. Not to many time's he could not make light of anything and have a laugh for everyone to share. He will be missed by anybody his life touched. I am sorry for your loss. My children have great memories of coming to your home spending the night, riding the golf cart & always mentioned how nice Katrina & Bryan dad is. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time.
