Family-Placed Funeral Notice

RALPH EMERSON LIVINGSTON Ralph Emerson Livingston (92) Delray Beach, Florida and Concord, Massachusetts. Born in New York City and graduated from Worcester Academy and Harvard College, class of 1939. During WW II, he served in the Army in the European theatre and was discharged as a Major. After the war he had his own business as a Manufacturers' Agent in Boston. He was a member of The First Parish Church in Concord, The Concord Country Club, The St. Andrew's Club in Delray Beach, and a former member of The Harvard Clubs of New York and Boston. He survived by his devoted wife of 58 years, Lucia Buchanan Livingston, son Kipp and wife Susan of Concord, MA, daughter Marnie Vanderpoel and husband Eric of Alexandria, VA, and four grandsons; Tripp Vanderpoel and wife Molly of Richmond, VA, Bayley Vanderpoel of Miami, FL, and Matthew and Thomas Livingston of Concord, MA. A Memorial Service will be September 28 at 3:30 pm at the First Parish Church in Concord, MA. Mr. Livingston,
Sir, I didn't know you, but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
