RICHARD J. TARANTIN Richard J. Tarantino, 60, of Boca Raton, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2009 at Boca Raton Community Hospital. Richard was born on October 1, 1948 to Steven and Rose Tarantino in Stamford, CT. He proudly served as Sergeant in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War. Richie lived his life with no regrets; he loved his wife, children and being a granddad. He had a passion for motorcycles and enjoyed the freedom of riding and working on bikes with buddies. Richie leaves the love of his life, Joann, his wife of 37 years; devoted son, Richard M. Tarantino with his fiancée Heather; loving daughter, Stacy with her husband, Joshua Cordoba and grandson, Dorian Scott. He is also survived by his brothers, John (Roberta) Tarantino and Steven Tarantino. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at Babione Funeral Home with viewing hours to begin at 10:00 AM, followed by 12:00 noon services and eulogy. Military Funeral Honors conducted by the U.S. Marines will conclude services at Boca Raton Mausoleum. Babione Funeral Home 1100 N. Federal Hwy.
