Born October 5, 1993 Died July 12, 2016 Samantha Joanne Grajcar from West Palm Beach, FL died July 12, 2016 from a heroin overdose. Beloved daughter of Kim Noel Bukowy Grajcar and David Michael Grajcar, Sr. Loving sister of David Michael Grajcar, Jr. Granddaughter of Virginia and Joseph Lupo and Michael and Sharon Grajcar, Sr. Samantha was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Joanne Linville. Samantha is survived by a large family of many aunts, uncles and cousins all who loved her and will miss her dearly. She is also survived by a lifetime of schoolmates, close friends and tons of people in and out of recovery. Some of whom are still struggling with addiction. Please come help us celebrate the life of an amazing young woman who has left her mark on us all! We will be spreading the word and continuing the fight against drug and alcohol addiction. Service will be held from 11:00AM to 2:00PM on Sunday, July 24 at All County's Del Lago Chapel, 131 South Lakeside Drive, Lake Worth, FL 33460.

I learned of your loss via newspaper article posted on Facebook by a friend. We don't know each other, but I don't need to know you to pray for you. Praying for your peace and comfort that only God can provide. Thank you for your unselfish sharing of Samantha's story. I hope it awakens others so they will seek help and support. I am so very sorry for your loss.
