I miss you

What an amazing woman, mother, wife, sister, friend Sandy was! We have lost a twinkling star , a woman who lit up the life of each and every person she came in contact with ! She made me a better person., by encouraging (sometimes very forcefully -lol) me to do more than I thought I was capable of! She was laughter and light to all she came in contact with and I miss her every day! I am so very sorry that we have all lost someone so special so soon!

Sandy Gould was the best friend anyone could ever hope for. She was my best Cheer Leader,my confidant, my friend. She probably knew more about me than anyone on this earth including family members and other friends of mine. She was always there to listen and give her honest opinion when asked. Even after having been diagnosed with the dreaded disease that eventually took her life, she still insisted on frosting my hair for me. I remember that she got so tired that she was leaning on me. I felt so guilty and yet so loved. Sandy was our group social director and organizer. She was our go-to person for everyone's telephone numbers and addresses. She had a memory like an Elephant and always seemed to recall the smallest details of most of our life events over the past 3 decades. She had the most wonderful sense of humor which stayed with her until the very end of her life.
She was a natural born decorator, an avid golfer who could out-golf most men I know,
loved to play tennis and the slot machines. She was always up for what-ever events her friends were interested in. Sandy deeply loved her daughter Richelle, her grandsons, her husband, her sister, brother, nieces and nephews, her friends and her 2 cats. She was the most selfless person I have ever known.
I miss her, but I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that she is in the loving arms of Jesus and with her family members who had gone on before her. She will live on in our hearts and our memories forever until we meet again in Heaven some glorious day.
