Scott was an advertising client of mine for years, and one of the kindest and most determined persons I ever dealt with. He was made of the stuff that made this country great. He loved his Wife and Children dearly and worked diligently to give them a life well deserved.
He was one of the best men I have ever known.
He will be missed.

Dear Mary Jo,
I rented office space from Scott in 2007. I met you and the children in the office, and just last week as I was updating my "forwarding address" I noticed that something was wrong with Scott's WebSite, so I called him and left him a message to check his website, I guess the reason he didn't get back to me was because he was already gone to much better place. I just hope that G*D give you the strength during this hard time to deal with his loss. He was a good person & I will miss him. Feel free to contact me any time "[email protected]" Nejla Lane

I'm so sorry to learn about Scott's passing! I first met Scott when our families moved to Florida at the same time and we lived in the same community. We both shared the love of model cars and real cars! I know that in recent years, he helped out on a law case involving my Aunt and successfully won her case! It was nice to hear how he helped us out. My best to Mary Jo and his children. Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time.

Mary Jo, Josie & Jon,
Gerri & I are deeply saddened with your loss. Scott & I had become very good friends and I looked forward to talking with him each week. Scott was a great family man who loved you and the kids dearly. He shared all the T ball experiences with me each week and how much he enjoyed being with Josie & Jon. His laugh still is still in my head. We think of you each day and feel your pain in the loss of a loving father and husband as well as a friend. We will miss him!

May God comfort you all during this most unimaginable of times. Scott and I started our careers together @ 55th District Court all those years ago when he was in law school & working as the Community Service Work Coordinator and I was fresh out of college. I don't think I ever called him Scott ~~ he will always be "Scooter" to me. I was so saddened when I heard this news. May God wrap you all in his arms and comfort you now and in the future. My deepest sympathies. Beryl Frenger

It has been twenty five years since I last saw Scott. We graduated from the Benjamin school together. Time has not faded my fond memory of his beautiful smile and his warmth and kindness, a guy you just couldn't help but like. I can only imagine the countless hearts he has touched, how many lives he has enriched. My heart felt condolences to his family.

Mary Jo and Family- Though we had not kept in touch for years (though he was a Facebook friend), Scott was a special friend to me in high school. He was the first person I met after I moved to Florida (and the first at The Benjamin School). He always made me laugh. He was a special man and I am certain that he will be greatly missed. My sympathies.

I was shocked to read about Scott in the PB Post today. My wife and I were very friendly with his parents and, of course, saddened by their deaths. I met Scott a few times when he was in college and he was the nicest young man who managed to endure the loss of both parents. It is too sad that some people die before their time - especially from the same family.
