Seth Bunkelmann Obituary

SETH C. BUNKELMANN "Trainman" Seth C. Bunkelmann, 5 years old, of North Palm Beach, Florida, died on Saturday, November 30, 2002 following a courageous battle with Leukemia. He was baptized at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church and attended pre-school at the Rehabilitation Center for Children and Adults, Palm Beach, Florida. Seth was a happy spirited person with a zest for life and love of trains. He was "the little Seth who could." He is survived by his parents, Ruthie and Scott Bunkelmann, of North Palm Beach, FL; a sister, Emily; maternal grandparents, Geraldine and Wally Atwell of West Palm Beach, Fl; and paternal grandparents, Charlene and Richard Bunkelmann of Kingman, AZ. Additional survivors include his aunts and uncles, Dori and Todd Neary of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Jeff Bunkelmann of Oracle, AZ, and Denise Hobart of Mesa, AZ; and three cousins, Dianna, Michelle, and Tanner. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 3, 2002 from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Quattlebaum-Holleman-Burse Funeral Home, 1201 South Olive Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, December 4, 2002 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 345 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Fl 33415, with interment to follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, Royal Palm Beach. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Seth's memory to the Pediatric Oncology Support Team at the Child Development Center, 5325 Greenwood Avenue, Suite 305, West Palm Beach, Florida 33407. A special word of thanks is extended to the doctors, nurses, medical support staff, and all of Ruthie's co-workers at St. Mary's Hospital; to everyone associated with the Pediatric Oncology Support Team at the Child Development Center; and to Scott's many loving co-workers at WPBF TV 25.
