Family-Placed Funeral Notice

THOMAS JOSEPH HENNICK Age 78, of Boynton Beach, FL passed away on Monday, August 13, 2007 after a brief illness. Thomas was born on March 15, 1929 in Attleboro, MA, graduated from Pawtucket East High School class of 1948, attended Chico State University in CA, and proudly served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. Tom worked for ITEK Corp in Boston from 1961-1972 as a technical coordinator on the Apollo space mission and moved to Florida in 1972 from MA. He worked for Florida Protection Service for many years and owned Atlantic Property Management until his retirement. Tom was also an avid golfer since early childhood and a lifetime member of the Boynton Beach Municipal Golf Course. Life centered around his family and friends. He was always willing to help everyone and is survived by his devoted wife of 55 years: Lucene, sons: William Hennick, Thomas K. Hennick and Lee J. (Lori) Hennick, two grandchildren: Tera L. Hennick and Brandon L. Hennick, two nieces: Sandra Erice and Racine Bentley, two nephews: Paul Eister and Russell Finnegan. Visitation will take place on Sunday, August 19, 2007 from 12 pm-2 pm at Boynton Memorial Chapel, 800 West Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach, FL 33426 (561) 734-5600.
