Tyrell Jackson Obituary
Tyrell M. Jackson, 23, was pronounced dead at a local hospital, according to a Riviera Beach Police statement.
Michael B. Hunter, 20, is recovering from his injuries and is expected to survive, the statement said.
While walking in the 500 block of West Fifth Street around 3:35 a.m. on Saturday, Jackson and Hunter - both of were hit by gunfire from a passing vehicle, police said.
The men ran to a nearby gas station at 401 Old Dixie Highway where paramedics arrived and took them to a local hospital.
Anyone with information regarding this, is asked to call Riviera Beach Police at (561) 845-4123 or Crime Stoppers at (800) 458-TIPS.
