Mrs. Lake and family - I'm so sorry to hear of Mr. Lake's passing. I remember him smiling, laughing (always laughing about something), and totally enjoying life. Your family was one of the major highlights of the many weekends, years of weekends, spent in Ocean City. It was always a good time when you all were around.

I wish you and your family peace in this time of grief and sorrow, but know you all are in the hearts and prayers of many.

I met Bill and his family in Ocean City Maryland back in the 70's. He was a fun loving man who was always the life of any gathering. He loved to play music and sing and dance. He also had a passion for fishing and boating, but most of all, he loved his family and friends.

I haven't seen Bill in a very long time but I do think of him often whenever I am in OC or thinking about fishing.

Bill, his wife, sons and daughter were all part of the "OC" family. It was such a great family that everyone eventually moved to West Palm Beach to be close to one another.

I was sad to hear of his passing today and it brings a tear to my eye but I know he lived a beautiful life and will be continuing it high above with our other friends that have made that final journey to include my own father. I am sure that he is going to get an awesome welcome as they reunited once more.

I wish to extend my heartfelt condolences to his family and my friends. We lost a great man but heaven gained an awesome angel. May you always look down upon us and smile. Thanks for the memories Bill. You will be missed.
