Barbara Busch Obituary
February 2, 1934 - February 8, 2025
Barbara Ann Busch, 91, of Hudson, passed away peacefully Saturday, February 8, 2025, 12:40 pm at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington surrounded by her family.
A memorial Mass will be 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Epiphany Catholic Church, Normal with Fr. William Keebler officiating. Inurnment will follow in Lexington Cemetery. Visitation will be 9 to 10:15 a.m. on Saturday at the church. Memorials may be directed to Lexington Community Center or St. Mary's Church, Lexington. Calvert-Johnson & Musselman Funeral Home, Lexington is in charge of arrangements.
Barbara was born February 2, 1934, in LaGrange, IL, to Michael and Mary (Henz) Ott. She graduated from Lyons Township High School in 1952 and married Francis "Terry" Busch on August 29, 1953 in LaGrange, IL. Her husband preceded her in death on November 3, 2013. Also proceeding her in death, her parents, her daughter-in-law, Constance A. Busch, and her nephew, Michael Brown.
Surviving are her four sons, William (Millie) Busch, of Kissimmee, FL, Patrick (Michelle) Busch, of Bloomington, David (Elisa Winterland) Busch, of Bloomington, James (Laurie) Busch, of St. Louis, MO, her four grandchildren, Michael, John (Arin), Catherine, Caroline, three step-grandchildren and their families, Mark, Alissa, and Brian, one great-granddaughter, Constance B. Busch, and one sister, Marilyn (Howard) Brown, of Jupiter, FL, their children, Jeff Brown (Su Li), Barbara (John) Hornyak and great niece, Gia Hornyak.
