KING, Wisconsin - Lois (Donnie) Moore, died Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Wisconsin Veterans Home in King, WI. She was born in Bloomington, IL, November 7, 1925, to Jess Thompson and Ruby Fay (Stanger). She grew up and went to school in Lexington, IL. She married George Moore December 30, 1944, in Normal, IL. Lois was proud to be a USA Nurse Cadet during WWII. She loved helping others and worked in healthcare most of her life. She loved her family and holidays. She enjoyed animals, gardening, and crafts.
Lois is survived by daughter, Patricia Adkins of Westfield; son, Douglass Moore of Waseca, MN; son-in-law, Terry Seabold of Byron, IL; 11 grandchildren: Shannon (Larry) Mitchell, Sarah (Ann) Adkins, Katie (Jacob) Ganser, Matthew Seabold, Marc Seabold, Jeremy Moore, Jennifer (Phil) Wright, Eric Moore, Noah Moore, Tiana Moore, Parker Moore; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; as well as sister-in-law, Mildred Moore; and other family. She was preceded in death by husband, George; daughter, Cheryl Seabold; and son-in-law, Joseph Adkins; as well as her parents; and sister, Juanita Spencer. Lois will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 19, 2021, at Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca, WI. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at Holly's. Online condolences available at www.hollyfuneralhome.com.

Donnnie and Goerge were the best my parents Delbert and Alice Janes were friends for years. I remember going to Rockford to visit. Always felt so loved by your family and you will be missed.
