TOLUCA - Maureen Juers, 90, of Toluca, passed away on October 26, 2024 at OSF Saint Joseph medical Center in Bloomington.
Her funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at Calvert & Johnson Memorial Home in Toluca with Rev. Mauricio Vieria officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour prior from 10:00 AM -11:00 AM. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Toluca.
Memorials may be directed to Eastern Marshall County EMS, 210 N. Chestnut Street, Wenona, IL 61377. Calvert & Johnson Memorial Home in Toluca is in charge of arrangements.
She was born in Toluca On April 18, 1934, a daughter to Robert and Irene Wooden Gannon.
She married Willis Juers in Toluca on June 28, 1953. He preceded her in death in 2021.
Surviving are her children: Janet (Eric) Porch, Toluca, John Juers, Peoria, Jayne (Mark) Wright, Hudson, Jacalyn (Mike) Sacco, Bloomington; 10 grandchildren: Shannon (Shawn) MacMaster, Adam (Amanda) Juers, Kendall (Dave) Jacobs, Corbin Juers, Madison Juers, Cameron Sacco, Brant Wright, Brynna Porch, Derric (Rachel) Porch; 15 great-grandchildren; brother, John (Eileen) Gannon, two nieces, and three nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson, Nicholas Wright, and a brother and sister-in-law, Robert (Nancy) Gannon.
Maureen was a loving mother, caring grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed.
