BLOOMINGTON - Phyllis A. Dever Andrews, 80, of Bloomington, passed away at 2:23 p.m. on Sunday, November 9, 2025 at her home, surrounded by loved ones.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington. Her funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 14, 2025 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Bloomington with an hour visitation held prior to the service.
Burial will be at East Lawn Memorial Gardens in Bloomington. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be left to Illinois CancerCare in Bloomington.
Phyllis was born February 16, 1945 in Bloomington, a daughter to George H. and Villa Y. (Beehn) Geise. She married William Andrews on November 12, 2005, he survives in Bloomington.
Also surviving are her daughter, Theresa (Paul) Dever of Bloomington; step-daughters, Dawn (Paul) Brown of Clinton and Beth (Curtis) Pine of Carlock; brother, Fred (Marsha) Geise of Bloomington; sister, Marilyn (Tom) Signor of North Carolina; grandchildren, Devin (Bri) Dever, Braydon Dever Zoeller, Kyla Thoennes, Gabi Thoennes, Ryan Pine, Megan (Kevin) Huseth, Andrea Brown, Hannah Brown, and Mirian (Andrew) Harman; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Phyllis enjoyed going hunting with her father. She loved being with family, friends, and classmates.
