Ralph Morgan Obituary
Ralph C. Morgan, age 94, of Normal, Ill., passed away peacefully at 9:01 pm on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at BroMenn Medical Center in Normal.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, from 8:30 am to 10 am at the Normal First United Methodist Church, 211 N. School St., Normal, Ill. The funeral service will follow at 10 am. Ralph was an amazing man who helped everyone he could. He would often call us at CCSI to refer a client who he felt would benefit from Options Counseling as they were struggling financially even to afford their Medicare Health Insurance Needs. I can see him with Jesus, asking, "What can I do to help?" Our condolences from the staff at CCSI!

Dear Carol, My deepest sympathy as you/we have lost a great person, mentor, friend, and SHIP volunteer this week. Ralph was highly regarded as an expert in health insurance and carried his skills long into retirement as a SHIP volunteer, assisting hundreds of clients up to age 95. The entire SHIP team at the Illinois Department on Aging sends hugs to you and we will miss our friend and colleague. Rest in peace Ralph.
