I knew Brad for all of an hour. My favorite band Underworld played the Hollywood Bowl in 2015, and he introduced himself after I filmed him on my phone as part of the concert crowd.

Meeting Brad and the experience of being at that concert was such a rare and joyous event. It's not every day I get to meet someone who's joie de vivre emanates from within. In the short time we'd spoken he seemed like such an awesome person to know, and his words sparked change that would alter the course of my life years later, although I didn't know that at the time.

I'd meant to reach out sooner to see how things were going, if for no other reason to geek out about the Underworld concert that would have happened last May had it not been for COVID. Finding this page has left me gutted. I'm more than two years too late to thank him, to let him know that he continues to have a positive impact on a total stranger's life, years after the fact.

Brad, I know you'll never see this, but I'm so glad I got to meet you, even for a brief moment. I guess this was literally , huh?

Wherever you are, I hope you're learning more about your karass.
