Helen was a beloved sister of the local Eta Rho Eta Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega. Her upbeat, positive, dedicated manner was always evident. We often had luncheons in her Morro Bay home. We missed her so much when she moved away but kept in touch for many years. She was such a lovely, lovely lady. Our condolences to her family.

My parents, Joanne and Perry Deters, were good friends of Helen and Bob in the Monrovia days and always enjoyed their company. The moved to Morro Bay in 2007, but after Helen had moved to Ventura, although we did run into your mom now and then when my parents came to visit me in San Luis Obispo where I've lived for many years. I remember your mom as being very upbeat and a stylish dresser! I know you'll miss her as I miss my parents. Take care.
