Janis Maxwell

In Loving Memory of JANIS MAXWELL Janis was born in 1930 in Los Angeles, CA and passed away January 11, 2002 in Arcadia, CA. She earned her living as a valued employee of Bateman Eichler Hill Richards and was a former faculty member at Monrovia High School. She was a devoted member of Arcadia Congregational Church for 22 years. She enjoyed singing with her church choir & the sweet adelines and was an active member of P.E.O. S he graduated from Grinnell College in Iowa. She is survived by her children; Laura (Frank) Pumerville, James (Fie Ton) Lesperance; Renee (Robert) Newman; Corinne (Paul) Patera, and Jeffrey (Ann Marie) Lesperance; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allan Maxwell and her son, Douglas Lesperance. Services will be held at Arcadia Congregational Church, 2607 South Santa Anita, Arcadia, CA 91006 on Sunday, January 20, 2002, at 4:00 PM.
