Jon Schroeder Obituary

SCHROEDER -Jon W. Schroeder, 59, passed away peacefully after a brief illness due to complications from pancreatic cancer on Friday, June 28th. Jon, a 30-year resident of Pasadena, was surrounded by his family. Possessing the greatest of attributes, his humor, Jon embraced many of life's wonderful experiences such as playing tennis, hiking in Yosemite and creating bonsai. Jon served his country as a Captain in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Deeply loved by his wife Rosemary, his d aughters JoAnne and Victoria, his mother and father John W. and Alice, his brother Scott, his sister Christie, and brother-in-law Larry Browne, his extended family and many wonderful, dear friends, he will be greatly missed by all of us. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in memory of Jon W. Schroeder to Mayfield Junior and Senior Schools and/or Polytechnic School (Attention Development Office), all in Pasadena, CA. Family and close friends are invited to celebrate Jon's life on Saturday, July 13th, from 3 to 6 PM.
