Leon Lee Herbert II

HERBERT-Leon Lee Herbert II. Esq, Passed away on Thanksgiving Day, 2009. Born August 21, 1937, Los Angeles, CA. Was instrumental in introducing Datsun to the racing scene in the United States, winning many championship races for the factory. Received his Business degree from U S C in 1959, followed by his Law degree from U S C in 1963. He was a member of the California Bar from 1964 until his retirement in 2008. His entire legal career in private practice was spent in the Pasadena area. His father Leon Lee Herbert and m other Enid (Sutherland) Herbert pre-deceased him. He leaves his loving wife, Mary, daughter Terri (Jerry) Ludwig, son Leon Lee III, granddaughters Andrea & Claire Ludwig, Julia-anne Herbert. His ashes will be scattered over the Sequoia Mountains he loved so much. "May he be in heaven a day before the devil knows he is gone". In lieu of flowers, please remember the J M Nelson.
