SAM W. HENDRICKSON 82, Of Corona, CA, died March 30, 2011 in Irvine, CA. He was born October 1, 1928 in Tulsa, OK, son of Sam Hendrickson and Elsie Storm. Sam proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 22 years and later worked as a Distribution Clerk for the US Post Office for 24 years. Surviving are wife, Lois Marie Hendrickson of Corona, CA; sons, Michael Hendrickson of Yorba Linda, CA and Mark Hendrickson of Lake Forest, CA; sisters, Merle Breese of Narrington, NV, Barbara Rinker of Paradise, CA, Frances Shute of Paradise, CA, and Marilu Brooks of Phoenix, AZ; 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 10:30am with Father Vincent Au officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Riverside National Cemetery, Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 11am. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Disease Research Foundation.
