I could go on and on about how great Mike Smith was. But all that knew him knew he was a special person. We will always cherish his friendship and how he always put others before himself. I real life role model and all around great man. I will always remember sitting around the kitchen table just talking. Great memories! RIP Mike we will miss you and love you!

Mary & family, so sorry to learn of Mike's passing. I knew Mike long ago when I worked with him at Kroger. Mike was always there to lend a hand & made my life easier. When he would come in to work he would have a smile on his face & was ready to make the best of whatever challenges lay ahead for that day. I remember sharing good times with him at the annual picnics, Mike was good at spreading the cheer around. I know he will be missed by all & a smile will come to my face whenever I think about past times spent with him.

I don't know if God ever made a man with a more tender heart than Mike Smith. It was such a joy to serve at Christ Bible Church with the entire family for many years, and we have so many fond memories of this dear family. Mike was our Head Usher and I don't know what all he did but I don't think he ever sat down in all the years they were here! My Mom always considered Mike one of her own kids and I'm not so sure but that she liked him even better than me sometimes! Heaven got a little sweeter when he entered December 4th!

I'm so sorry for your loss. Mike was a wonderful guy! He always brought the biggest smile to my face when I'd see him on the shop floor in SS. He always took the time to say hello and check in with me. I really enjoyed joking around with him. He was such a bright light and jovial person. He will be truly missed.
