Priscilla Kay Schloss Obituary
Priscilla loved to tell the story of how, when her mother Leah discovered she was expecting, she declared, "No more girls on the farm!" Not long after Priscilla was born, the family moved from Moxee, Washington, to Port Angeles - the community she would proudly call home for most of her life.
A 1970 graduate of Port Angeles High School, Priscilla was known for her radiant smile and gentle spirit. In her younger years, many will remember her cheerful presence at Gordy's Pizza Parlor, and later, her long and devoted career greeting staff and visitors with kindness and warmth at the Olympic Medical Center Cafeteria, where she retired in 2017.
Priscilla was beautiful inside and out - a sweet old soul with a generous heart. Her daughter and two grandsons were the light of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them. She found joy in simple pleasures: swimming laps, tending to her garden, crocheting and knitting, and especially picking berries each summer to bake into pies or turn into homemade jam. She never missed a Mariners game on TV and loved traveling by train to visit her daughter and grandsons.
Priscilla is survived by her beloved daughter, Kay Jorissen, her treasured grandsons, Kiptyn and Kase Jorissen, and her companion, George Penic. She is also remembered fondly by her extended family and many dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dona (Pepe) Trudeau and Leah (Meme) Beaudry Trudeau Kosbab, as well as her brother Robert R. Trudeau and sister Carol Jean Miller.
Priscilla will be remembered for her kindness, her laughter, and the love she shared so freely with everyone around her. Her gentle presence will be deeply missed but lovingly carried in the hearts of all who knew her.
A celebration of her life will be planned at a later date.

I know Priscilla when I was in high school we ran around together. She was a couple of years younger than me but we still had a lot with her and fun with friends too. Very sweet lady indeed she will be missed by all that knew her. Jay Bailey
