Dennis Zimmerman Obituary
Zim was an Electrical Foreman for the former Bethlehem Steel Corp. and ArcelorMittal Steel Co., Steelton with 46 years of service. He was a member of the Penn Harris Gun Club, American Legion Post 143, New Cumberland, New Cumberland Fire Co., Friendship Fire Co., Bressler and the 5th Ward Club, Steelton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Anna Mae Morris Zimmerman, his in-laws, Robert and Florence Sheetz and his brother-in-law, R. Scott Sheetz. Zim is survived by his wife of 46 years, Carol A. Sheetz Zimmerman; three children, David S. Zimmerman of Highspire, Jamie S. Zimmerman and Colleen Camero of Oberlin, and Stacey A. Zimmerman and Tony Szekeres of Highspire; three grandchildren, Sydney, Dennis and Peyton; two step grandchildren, Dabis and Dana; and two nephews, Brian and Robert J. Sheetz.
Memorial Services will be held on Friday, May 3, 2013 at 12:00 Noon in Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 S. Second St., Steelton with Rev. Kirk C. Kerns, officiating. A visitation will be held on Friday from 10:00 am until 12 Noon in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.

We are so very sorry for your loss. Haven't seen Zim or you Carol for years, but have very fond memories of when we were in high school. I am a contractor that worked with Zimmy what a great guy. He will be greatly missed. When I was with him a week ago all he talked about was retirement and spending more time with grand kids. Life is so short live it to the fullest like it is your last minute.
