J. Lynn Stonesifer

J Lynn Stonesifer of Singer Island, Florida, and formerly of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully in the Palm Beach Gardens Hospital on October 16, 2025, at the age of 85. He was born in Harrisburg Hospital in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on May 23, 1940, to the late Clarence E. & Olive J. (Elicker) Stonesifer. He was the husband of the late Helen Jean (Ludlow) Stonesifer until her passing in 2015.
He spent over 40 years in the paving asphalt business and was known for his dedication to customers, clients, and the community (including UGI). Several years after retirement, he moved to Florida where he enjoyed dressing every day in style with color and various hats, including top hats, bright fun shirts, and belts.
He cherished going to the local mall and talking with everyone who admired his attire. Many took pictures of him. He was fun loving with a positive attitude, and people were drawn to him by his warm personality.
He also enjoyed taking scenery pictures. Since he lived on the coast, it was easy access for taking pictures of the sunrise and sunset.
A memorial service was held at his residence in Florida.
He is survived by his companion, Kathy Kiscadden, of Singer Island, Florida.
