Sandra C. Snyder

Sandra C. Snyder, 79, formerly of Harrisburg, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025 at The Bridges of Bent Creek.
She was born in Harrisburg on July 10, 1946 to the late John H. and Mildred E. (Edwards) Clark.
Sandra started her career in 1988 as a clerical secretary in the Register of Wills of Dauphin County. She continually got promoted until she was twice elected Register of Wills/Clerk of Orphans Court. She retired in 2011 from her position as an elected official. Sandra was a former member of the Dauphin County Republican Women Committee and was a member of the Colonial Park United Church of Christ. She was a graduate of Central Dauphin High School and was an avid reader. Sandra enjoyed attending her grandchildren's sporting events and spending time with her family at the beach.
Surviving is her son, Jason C. Snyder; daughter, Lauren E. Trimmer; five grandchildren, Jenna Rollman, J.T. Trimmer, Keirstin Snyder, Kevin Trimmer, Kyle Snyder and her great granddaughter, Kamdyn Trimmer.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 to 12 P.M. at the Hetrick-Bitner Funeral Home with Rev. Cindy Garis officiating. There will be a viewing from 11 A.M.-12 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
