Agnes Alice Elliott Cutts

1927-2014

On Wednesday, August 27, 2014, at 10:20 a.m. EST, Agnes Alice Elliott Cutts winged her way to Heaven. Agnes was born in Venice, Sarasota, Florida, on March 19, 1927 to Dallas Jackson Elliott and wife Mary Beatrice Barnhill. She was a baptized Christian by her Grandfather William Plummer Elliott of the Elliott Town Church of Christ, when she was young and received her "last rights" on Saturday, August 23, 2014 in the presence of her precious daughter-in-law Tricia Cutts.

Agnes was an accountant, investor and property owner, in both Arizona (where she spent many years of her life) and Florida. She was known for her kind heart and a mother to many. She was a hard worker and a true contributor to society, always willing to help where needed.

Agnes was preceded in death by her parents (both of whom she cared for until death), brother Charles Cebron Elliott (Sylvia Nobles), Gerald Dale Elliott (Benjamin Hall), and Janet Celia Elliott of California and former husband, Hezekia "Fuzzy" Cutts.

Survivors include: Sons William Randall (Randy) Cutts of Florida and Donald Leslie Cutts (wife Tricia Cutts) of Newport, NC, two grandsons Donnie Cutts of Newport, NC and Sonny Cutts of Pensacola, FL. One great grand daughter Danika Dennett of Newport, NC. One half sister Alice Elliott of Jay, Fl. Many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday, September 5, 2014, at Ard Field Cemetery, 684 Ard Field Road, Jay, Florida, with Cousin Charlie Elliott officiating. Nourishments will follow in the Church.
