BARYY WAS A CLASSMATE OF MINE AT MILTON HIGH SCHOOL. BARRY, HIS BROTHER VICTOR, AND I WORKED AT THE PIGGLY WIGGLY STORE IN MILTON DURING THE 1960'S. BARRY WAS A NICE YOUNG MAN WITH MUCH ENTHUSIASM AND MOTIVATION. MY SYMPATHY GOES OUT TO HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS DURING THEIR TROUBLED TIMES.

My very best childhood memories are of Barry and Victor. We spent many summers together either at my home or theirs, and we were always together on holidays. Barry was my partner in mischief. Victor was always the perfect child so Barry and I had to keep him humble so we thought. On one occasion we were playing at their home in Munson, FL, and were happily see-sawing. It took Barry and me together on one end to raise Victor. We thought it would be fun to jump off when Victor was raised. Our fun didn't last very long for the spankings we got. On another visit, Victor again was the recipient of our childish pranks. Victor always took care of his possessions and did not like to share. He had a prized collection of marbles in a cigar box that he guarded. Barry and I got the box of marbles and threw them in a field behind their house. We were caught and punished again.
I also remember the generous heart of Barry as a child. One Christmas when they came to visit, Barry brought with him a huge teddy bear that he had gotten from Santa. Also visiting with us was cousin Buddy Fuqua. Buddy admired the bear so Barry just gave it to him to keep...
The beauty of memories is I get to keep them. My love to Wanda, Deborah, Doug, Sean, Victor, Stewart, and Connie and all the family and friends. pat

To the family, be strong and trust in the Lord God Almighty, as he has it all in control.

We (my husband and I) use to work with Barry in the 90's at the Escambia County Sheriff's Department when he was the attorney.
