Dear Cassidy Family,
Sorry to hear of your mothers passing. I am the grand daughter of China Tarver. Our family wanted to reach out and let you all know that our beloved grandmother aka "Sweetmomma" has passed away. We thought you might like to know as she worked for your family for so many years.

Frances had a wonderful giving spirit. I was the recipient of that giving spirit and I will always remember how kind and generous she was with me and my children, Jen and Nick. She was a part of our lives and has left us with many wonderful memories. My heart goes out to her children, whom she loved dearly. She was proud of all of you, she told me on many occasions. I will miss her.

I am thankful to have had the privilege of knowing both Fran and her husband, Pat. They added a special extra touch to my life and made me feel like a "native" Pensacolian fromm the first time I met them many years ago on beginning my work in Pensacola. They were "salt of the earth" people. My condolences to all their fine children, on behalf of my wife, Mary, as well.

I was a young student nurse under Fran's tutelage in the 50's. Fran and Pt were both dear friends of my sister, Stella Kritselis RN. We shared many dinners, parties together. She was a wonderful person. May her memory be eternal!
