Alda Allison Obituary
Alda "Dena" Grossi Allison, age 81, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2021, in Ellensburg, WA. Born April 29, 1940, in Petaluma, CA she spent her earlier years living in various places in California before settling in Ellensburg, WA with her husband, Bill, and their three children, Lori, Lisa and Grant. Dena was heavily involved as a volunteer in the St. Andrews Church Octoberfest craft fair and the Ellensburg Fair for many years. She enjoyed drawing, painting, and creating since she was a young girl. Her genealogy skills lead her to find an unknown brother and sister of her husband Bill's, that made an incredible story. Dena is survived by her husband, Bill Allison, her twin daughters, Lori Chaffee, and Lisa (Paul) Tarantino, and her son, Grant (Bobbi) Allison. Her grandchildren include Danielle, Dennae, Dominique, Dylan, Brooklyn, Allyson, Gillian, and Angelina. Also, her great-grandchildren, Brently, Kru and Peyton with two more on the way.
Private family services will be held. In lieu of flowers please donate to a charity of your choice. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.brooksidefuneral.com. Brookside Funeral Home is caring for the family.
