I was so sorry to hear of Dr Boland´s passing. I was revisiting my 39 years of Dental Assisting. When I moved from Calif. to S.C. I worked as a temp for a short period of time. I thoroughly enjoyed him. He would say "I have the slowest draw but the fastest gun. Meaning gave a slow injection and worked fast and efficient. He had several clothes pins on his arm to indicate which room he was to go next. This was 1993 and I am grateful to have experienced his kindness welcoming me to the South. My condolences to the family.

Seldom do we find one who touched so many lives in such a positive way. His friends were many, and rightly so. His love and kindness to so many, his unending devotion to my sister Kathy and his service to the community will never be forgotten. We will miss you dreadfully, dearest Sam.
