EASLEY — Judy Elaine Murphy Brissey, 69, of Easley, passed away Monday, October 4, 2021.

Born in Pickens County, she was a daughter of the late William "J.T." and Maebell Gibson Murphy.

Mrs. Brissey retired from the Pickens County School District as a bus driver after almost 20 years and was a member of 5 Point Church. She loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Brissey is survived by a son Michael Brissey (Amy) of Pickens; daughters, Cynthia Stancil and Kayla Crawford (Ranzie), both of Easley; grandchildren, Jessica Pasqualicchio (Tony), Jordan Brissey, Megan Julian (Trad), Madison Holliday (Chase), Mackenzie and Brantley Crawford; great-grandchildren, Peyton, Mavrick, Ida, Cecile, Dallas, and Kaylin; sisters Brenda Lollis (Bob) of Sunset, and Diane Kay of Easley; brother-in-law, Donald Duncan; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her longtime companion, Jacky Hellams; and sisters, Viola Duncan and Hazel Duncan.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Saturday, October 9, 2021 at the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home, Downtown. Burial followed in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

The family received friends prior to the service from 1:30 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. Saturday, October 9, 2021 at the funeral home.

Judy was a very sweet and lovable person my kids rode her bus when she was a driver I know her for a very long time you are going to be lonely missed and loved you may be gone but you will never be forgotten love the Medlin Family
