GAFFNEY — James Anthony "Tony" Holliday, 61, of 1274 Chesnee Highway, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, Aug. 27, 2021 at Spartanburg Medical Center.
Born at Patrick Air Force Base, Fla., he was the husband of Brenda Sue Holliday and son of Peggy Adcox Holliday of Easley and the late Preston Holliday. He was a graduate of Tri-County Technical College, employed by Walmart, loved his family, and a member of Flat Rock Baptist Church in Liberty.
Surviving in addition to his wife and mother is a son, Michael Holliday (Lauren) of Gaffney; a brother, Randy Holliday (Sharon) of Easley; two grandchildren, Joshua Paul Gordon and Greigh Holliday; numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 3, 2021 in Frederick Memorial Gardens with Mr. Wendell Marks officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside. Social distancing and masks are requested.
