Beatrice Shugrue Obituary
Norfolk - Beatrice C. Shugrue, 101, formerly of Norfolk, passed away July 20, 2012, in Brandon, FL. A native of Norfolk, Virginia she had lived in the Brandon area since 2008. Beatrice was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George; and her son, John M. Broughton. She is survived by her sister Juanita Mikles, nephew William E. (Gail) Whitehurst, niece Mary (Bill) Meekins, Three grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 26, 2012, at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel handling arrangements.
