Writing from Cincinnati, was saddened to read of Carl´s passing in the Virginian Pilot. My tour at the Naval Ship Engineering Center Norfolk Division overlapped with Carl 1970-1972. He was always a reliable source of advice for this comparatively young junior officer. Good memories always! God bless.
