Carol Ann Dunagan Kipper

Carol Ann stormed into my life in 2008. Storms leave nothing but destruction, misery and broken hearts;
but let me make my self clear;everything Carol Ann touched she made better, brighter and more beautiful.
The Apostle Paul said, "It is not how you start the race, it is how you finish it". Carol Ann finished in a flourish.
Our loss is heaven's gain. Carol Ann loved God and accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.
There will be a graveside gathering at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk, Sunday September 8 at 11:30 a.m. followed immediately by a celebration of Carol Ann's life at 8140 Walters Drive, Norfolk, VA where Carol Ann made her home with me, Gary Boyd.
